At ScottB.ca, I provide training, coaching, design, and assistance for both business and residential clients. The technology you use every day should feel like a helpful tool, not a constant struggle. My training sessions are designed to give you the confidence and understanding you need to feel comfortable in a fast-changing digital world.


My approach is more than just teaching steps on a screen. I help clients build problem-solving skills so that when challenges come up, you can work through them with calm and clarity. Together, we practice roleplaying scenarios that simulate common technology challenges — whether it’s a cyber threat at work, a confusing app update at home, or setting up a new system. This hands-on method makes the training more practical and memorable.


Another key part of my process is creating safe spaces for groups, teams, and families to have conversations about technology. When people talk about their struggles and successes, technology becomes less intimidating. These group conversations make it easier for colleagues to share tips, for parents and kids to learn together, and for families to establish healthy and safe digital habits. When technology becomes a shared conversation, it shifts from being a point of stress to a source of connection.
